About Us

Generation 4 LLC was formed in August of 2001 by John and Jay Lawrence. The partnership was designed to develop, market and sell OEM and Commercial Hardware to the Millwork Industry.The team members of Generation 4 were chosen specifically for their knowledge, expertise and their combined total of over 130 years working with Lawrence Brothers, Inc.

The team is comprised of the following members:

Jay Lawrence- President
Fourth generation in the hardware business with over 12 years
as President/CEO

Larry Badtke- General Manager/Purchasing
36 years of service

Pete Fecht- V P of Sales/Quality Control
34 years of service to the Millwork Industry

Pat Fecht- V P of Sales/Quality Control
28 years of service to the Millwork Industry

Randy Melon- Warehouse Manager
28 years of service

Lori VanOosten- V P of Sales Support/Finance
19 years of service
